ABOUT OLIVIA
Olivia Garber, MS CCC-SLP
I graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's in Communication Sciences, then completed my Master's at Nova Southeastern University in 2012. While in graduate school, I spent a summer working at a therapeutic summer camp with a heavy focus on DIR/Floortime. After graduation, I spent 8 years working for a multi-disciplinary clinic in Chicago, where I continued my journey in DIR/Floortime and became an expert DIR/Floortime clinician through ICDL. In 2020, I completed my Certificate in Infant Mental Health through Erikson, bridging my passions for speech and language with my interest in mental health and supporting family systems. Following my completion of the certificate program, I launched Chatterbox Speech Therapy, LLC, offering speech and language therapy services, infant/early childhood mental health consulting services, and DIR/Floortime training. I specialize in expressive language, social-pragmatic communication and Selective Mutism, but enjoy working with children with a range of language needs. Outside the clinic, you might find me on the Pickleball court, reading in my backyard, or spending time with my two kids.
ABOUT NICOLE
Nicole Kriegel, MS SLP-CF
After completing my Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in Early Childhood Development and a minor in Communicative Sciences and Disorders, I continued my education at Adelphi University in New York to receive my Master’s degree. I am very passionate about forming meaningful relationships with children and families and aid in better communication. Some of my clinical interests include alternative and augmentative communication (AAC), autism spectrum disorder, pragmatics, and receptive and expressive language. I love being outdoors and sitting down with a good book. I'm excited to join the team at Chatterbox Speech Therapy!
